Do you already have a specific destination and/or hotel in mind? Do you like small boutique hotels, rustic castles, big fancy hotel chains or something unusual, like a glass tree house?
Which hotels you loved previously and why? Are you more into drinking Aperol by the pool or climbing mountains by sunrise?
Step 2 - Money Talks: You Had Me at Perks.
Based on our chat, I will send you a proposal with:
a quote with my planning fee
a list of deliverables that you can expect from me
terms & conditions document
sneak peak of hotel recommendation and perks
Step 3 - The ball is in your court.
The choice is yours if you'd like to move forward. Simply approve the quote, settle the planning fee, and I’ll start bringing your plans to life!
Don’t like the proposal? No hard feelings from me and no costs for you.
Step 4 - From Proposal to Perfection.
I’ll share a travel plan as outlined in the quote. You can review it, request any tweaks, select your preferred hotel, and confirm the details. We’ll go back and forth as needed until you’re completely happy with everything. Once finalized, I’ll take care of all the arrangements.
Step 5 - Bon voyage. All you have to do is show up and enjoy the trip!
Our initial chat / discovery call is complimentary. The purpose of the introduction call is for me to get to know your travel plans, preferences and wishlist; and for you to assess if you'd like to work with me.
Since each trip is highly customized to you, you will get an official quote after our complimentary intake call, based on the complexity of your trip, number of days and people traveling.
Hotel Only recommendations and reservations have a $125 flat fee. Do you have a specific hotel in mind where you'd like to stay and you are not looking for recommendations? I will book that hotel free of charge and you can enjoy the extra benefits!
No worries at all! Just drop me a Whatsapp message or an email at eva.szoradi@noborutravel.com and I’ll look into doing a “takeover booking.” This means I’ll be added as the agent of record, allowing you to enjoy all the exclusive perks at no extra cost to you.
